Customers, workspace users, and data subjects can request deletion of eligible BotFlow AI account data, WhatsApp contact records, conversation data, and support records associated with a business workspace.
BotFlow AI is operated by SGWALA Technologies and supports POPIA-aligned deletion request handling. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, audit, payment, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Email hello@sgwala.co.za with the subject "BotFlow Data Deletion Request". Include your business name, account email, workspace name, WhatsApp number or customer identifier where relevant, and a clear description of the data you want deleted.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data so that one person cannot delete another business's workspace or customer records without authority.
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible data from active systems and instruct relevant service providers where applicable. Backup and log retention may take longer according to normal security and recovery cycles.
