These terms apply to your use of BotFlow AI, an AI operations platform operated by SGWALA Technologies for WhatsApp-first customer operations, onboarding, reporting, knowledge management, and team workflows.
By accessing BotFlow AI, creating an account, using a workspace, connecting WhatsApp, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you are using BotFlow AI for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
BotFlow AI provides software tools for WhatsApp Business operations, AI-assisted replies, customer inboxes, onboarding flows, templates, analytics, workflow modules, and related business automation. Some features depend on third-party services such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers, and database providers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your login details, managing staff access, and all activity under your workspace. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must use BotFlow AI lawfully and in line with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta terms, POPIA, consumer protection rules, and anti-spam requirements. You may only upload, contact, or message people where you have the required consent, lawful basis, or permitted service context. You may not use BotFlow AI for unsolicited spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, or misleading marketing.
You remain responsible for the contacts, prompts, files, messages, templates, instructions, and business information you submit to BotFlow AI. We process that information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy and POPIA Notice.
Paid plans, setup services, onboarding services, usage credits, and WhatsApp-related charges may be billed through Paystack or another approved payment provider. Prices may be shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Access to paid or AI execution features may be limited if payment fails, credits are exhausted, or a plan expires.
You may cancel a subscription before the next billing date. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
BotFlow AI may generate automated replies, summaries, classifications, and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing high-risk, legal, financial, medical, employment, or sensitive decisions before acting on them. BotFlow AI is designed to support operations, not replace professional judgement.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uptime can be affected by maintenance, internet access, Meta, Paystack, Supabase, hosting, AI services, and other providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
BotFlow AI uses security controls such as HTTPS, protected sessions, tenant-scoped APIs, webhook verification, signed payment webhooks, rate limits, audit logging, and restricted network exposure. You must not attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer protected areas, overload the service, or access another workspace without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a workspace is being used unlawfully, threatens platform security, violates these terms, causes payment risk, or breaches WhatsApp or payment provider requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BotFlow AI and SGWALA Technologies are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
